Our children are our family, and family always comes first.

AppleBerries Early Education Kallangur features one of the largest and most natural outdoor play spaces in the area, set on a generous one-acre site, the space is rich with natural environments that invite children to explore, play, and learn through discovery.

We have been supporting families since 2018, with a dedicated team that includes educators who have been part of the centre since its original opening in 2004. Our long-standing relationships with children, families, and the local community are the heart of our service.

We believe children are naturally curious learners who thrive in environments rich in creativity, inquiry, and play. Guided by our trauma-informed and child-led approach, we promote independence, critical thinking, and emotional wellbeing through meaningful routines, inclusive practices, and respectful relationships.

Our team works in close partnership with families to create a vibrant and supportive learning community where all children are celebrated for their individuality and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Bec – Centre Manager

I’ve spent most of my adult life working in early childhood education, with a short pause to grow my own family through adoption. I’m deeply passionate about play-based, child-led learning and am inspired by leading child development theorists to create rich, meaningful, and creative learning experiences.

As Centre Manager at AppleBerries Kallangur, I’m proud to work alongside a dedicated team who share a commitment to creating a safe, inspiring, and supportive environment for children and families alike.
